Our client has retained MERC Partners to identify suitable candidates to join their Business Consulting / IT Consulting practice at Senior Manager / Director level.

Specifically, our client is interested in appointing an experienced business consultant who can demonstrate a multi-year track-record of providing advisory services / project management services to clients based within the Construction and Construction Services sectors in Ireland, the UK or internationally.

Potential candidates are likely to have already worked for another blue-chip consulting firm, will be able to clearly demonstrate a business consulting subject-matter specialism; (e.g. technology consulting, ERP implementations, supply chain management, back-office optimisation, change management, financial modelling, performance measurement etc.) and will have successfully delivered multiple engagements for the clients that they have served.

Candidates may also emanate from the client organisations themselves within the wider Construction sector, having operated for some time in a senior internal consultancy or project management capacity on significant business transformation / performance improvement programmes.
