SALES AND MARKETING MANAGERMultinational Manufacturer & Distributor of Consumer ProductsReference SMM -68827Our client is a multinational manufacturer and distributor of consumer products sold directly to the retail trade and also through a number of key distributors in Ireland, the UK and Europe. The role of the Sales & Marketing Manager is to retain existing business and to develop new business for the company within the various markets. Key objectives will include achievement of agreed sales budgets for the various territories, the planning and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and the development of relationships with key buyers in each market.
Applicants must have comprehensive knowledge of the complexities of selling, marketing and distribution of consumer goods in home and export markets. Experience in selling branded products to senior buyers within the retail sector is essential. Fluency in a European language will be a decided advantage.
