The company now wishes to appoint a Managing Director.

Reporting to the Board, with responsibility for delivering the vision and mission of the organisation at a time of significant opportunity, the person appointed will be an experienced executive of exceptional calibre, who will bring strategic and dynamic leadership; commercial acumen and proven relationship development skills to the role. He/she will have a hands-on management style, but will have the ability to strategically anticipate, leverage and adapt to major changes in Irish food markets.

Candidates will have a proven track record in a leadership role where management development; business development and operational direction were significant constituents. Commercially astute and inspirational business drivers, candidates must also be exceptional communicators with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Senior management experience in the food industry is desirable though not essential.
