Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic and metal components for the food & beverages, personal care, household products markets worldwide.  A market leader in precision injection molding and packaging systems the company is seeking a highly competent professional who has a balanced experience in both manufacturing and quality.  Reporting to the Vice President, Asia Pacific, the appointee will actively engage respective local management teams to upgrade the expertise of manufacturing and quality processes and performance across multiple manufacturing facilities s across the Asia Pacific region.

Applicants must have strong manufacturing experience synergized with in-depth practical experience in quality.  You should be a pragmatic and quick learner with a proven track record of “hitting the bottom-line” by upgrading and improving manufacturing efficiency and quality standard at factory level in the Asia region.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to build productive relationships at all levels throughout the region.

Exemplary and down-to-earth leadership skills to motivate and build up a multi-cultural strong and cohesive Asian team will be the hallmarks of the successful candidate.  A global perspective in manufacturing and quality excellence will be essential competencies.
